FAKHR EL DINE

30 rue de Longchamp, 75016, Paris
Cuisine: Libanais

Since the 1980's, Fakhr El Dine has served the highest standards in Lebanese gastronomy, reflected by its many awards and accolades, as well as a mention in the Michelin Guide. In a pleasant setting near the Trocadero, the friendly ambience of Fakhr El Dine is enough to entice you inside. The decor is one of modest elegance, with beautiful paintings on the white walls and soft lighting throughout. Influenced by Mediterranean and Arabic culinary traditions, the food includes the ever-popular Chawarma, a mixture of marinated, minced and roasted beef and lamb. A speciality of the chef is the Kafta Grille, with tender morsels of beef with onions and spices cooked over charcoal to enhance the aroma. To finally complete your meal, there is nothing finer than the rich desserts of the Lebanese, such as Baklawa, a Mediterranean pastry soaked in syrup and sprinkled with nuts.
